4 rolls of sushi-seaweed (nori)
1 cup uncooked sushi rice
1 cup (250ml) cold water
2 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons mirin or rice vinegar
Meat and/or vegetable your choice (eg. 100g smoked salmon and 1 cucumber sliced lengthwise with 1 avocado, sliced)
Soy sauce and pickled ginger (if you like it)
